A two storey residential development on the outer limits of Christchurch City Central, on a site requiring future proof design to consider subdivision and the development of an additional residence. This modern, open plan layout provided great entertainment space with the first floor dedicated to sleeping space, each with a dedicated walk in robe. The site was tight and the desire of our client to allow for subdivision meant resource consent was required. The right preparation and coordination with council saw a smooth compliance process.
