We provided Project Management services on the EQ Repair & Restoration of this beautiful homestead, located in the tranquil isolation of Inland Kaikoura. This was a 24 month project, and required careful planning with the many different trades and contractors involved.
Working as a Consultant Project Manager on this new Commercial Restaurant and Function Room building, we assisted the client and designer in pre-project planning and ran a controlled tender process.
Our consultancy team was engaged to manage the design, consents, and installation of a heavy vehicle wash bay, additional driveway crossing and amended fencing layout at a logistics site in Hornby.
We were engaged by our offshore client to fully refurbish the dated and tired farm manager’s house on their new rural property.
This project was a collaboration between our project management and design teams.
