DESCRIPTION
A post Earthquake rebuild, replacing an old damaged structure that was no longer fit for purpose. As part of this project we also completed a futureproof design for residential apartments above the retail areas to be built at a later date.
Pre-determined tenants allowed us to work collaboratively to create functional and comfortable spaces that will be fit for purpose long into the future, allowing our great clients to provide ongoing critical services to the local community.
