DESCRIPTION
A new two storey residence at the waters edge in Kaikōura. This project was designed to make the most of natural light and maximise the stunning views of the Kaikōura Ranges and coastline. Strict height limits made for a challenging design process, but we were up for the challenge!
With tons of indoor-outdoor flow and a spa on the first floor, covered courtyard – this place is made for entertaining. An internal lift and accessible entries provide assurance to the owners that their future needs will be met. A great project with great outcomes.
