DESCRIPTION
Sloping sites provide the coastal views! This simple shape, multi level, 3 bedroom home was all about the detail. The internal spaces were crafted to mix natural materials with raw finish. The polished concrete slab and expansive openings create a thermal mass to counteract this East facing home.
Although intended as a forever home for our clients, too good of an offer was presented to them from a neighbour who fell in love with this home – so we are now designing the next one on a nearby site for our fast moving, driven clients.
