Nash – Medium Density Residential Development

Six two-bedroom units developed across three combined titles to utilise increased density, and provide homes on a communal access site. The contours of the site presented some challenges where outlook from living areas were analysed and addressed. The simple and cost effective layouts were made functional and repeated across the site. Fire and Acoustic specialists were engaged to comment and BIM produced a collaborative design to ensure compliancy.
