This country homestead style house is set on the flat plains of Kaikoura, providing an expansive home where the brief was to provide ‘big space’. Oversized ceilings, doors and room sizes give our client the atmosphere they desired with all rooms opening out to a verandah to enjoy the northern views and sunshine.

This property contains a separate home business building, and due to the scale of the overall project we utilised our exclusive ‘model quantity extraction’ processes to assist the contractors in material procurement and project costings.
