Working as a Consultant Project Manager on this new Commercial Restaurant and Function Room building, we assisted the client and designer in pre-project planning and ran a controlled tender process.
Construction Monitoring, Project Management and Cost Control were made a smooth process on this project by using clear communication channels and having an extremely efficient and competent main contractor on board. Great result, and what a spot to have a coffee overlooking the Kaikoura coast!
