Complete Projects were engaged to assess the condition of a commercial building and provide a pre-purchase technical due diligence report before it was added to our client’s property portfolio.
Due to tight timeframes, on approval of our proposal we immediately engaged the required consultants to review the building’s specified systems and services and travelled to site to assess its condition. After analysing the inspection results, we provided our client with a comprehensive report on the maintenance costs and potential capital expenditures.
