Complete Projects has been appointed as development monitor to oversee the structural strengthening and refurbishment works on our client’s building, and ensure the project is delivered in accordance with the development agreement and specifications.
To do this, we are working with the project control group to monitor the quality of the work being completed and providing monthly reports detailing the development’s progress against the program, budget, and expected risks. We are also ensuring any proposed changes to the initial design are assessed, with the impact on the final product communicated. As our client plans to lease the building to their tenants upon completion, we are keeping an eye on potential future capital expenditures and ongoing maintenance.
Once completed, the development promises to be a prized asset for our client.
