Our consultancy team was engaged to manage the design, consents, and installation of a heavy vehicle wash bay, additional driveway crossing and amended fencing layout at a logistics site in Hornby.
After confirming the brief, we successfully obtained building and resource consents, and negotiated the development contributions with the Christchurch City Council while also planning and quoting the construction work. Despite the busy nature of the transport company’s site and numerous critical hazards, we ensured the health and safety of contractors and staff with thorough planning and monitoring.
The wash bay has been successfully operating since installation, and we are pleased to have delivered a high-quality project that meets our client’s needs and requirements.
