Lynton Downs Homestead

We provided Project Management services on the EQ Repair & Restoration of this beautiful homestead, located in the tranquil isolation of Inland Kaikoura. This was a 24 month project, and required careful planning with the many different trades and contractors involved.

The whole building was moved across the site in one piece, a new foundation constructed and then the building reinstated to be restored to its original character – with all the modern conveniences. We were lucky to work in such a beautiful location, and hope it serves as a great family home for our lovely clients.
