This project was a collaboration between our project management and design teams. Our objective was to develop a new office space within the Cerebral Fix tenancy at the EPIC Centre, while ensuring its adaptability as a testing area for immersive digital experiences.
After our project managers set the budget and obtained approval, they passed the project over to our design team to complete the drawings. During the design phase we provided our client with several 3D views so they could clearly see how the space would be constructed and provide feedback.
When the design was finalised our project managers obtained fixed pricing from our team of contractors, allowing us to present a comprehensive design, quote, and program for approval before undertaking the work. Throughout the construction phase, we closely monitored the progress and provided regular updates to the Cerebral Fix team. Given that the work was carried out in a tenanted office and during business hours, we took special care to minimise disruption to our client and the other tenants and ensure the health and safety of all.
