Complete Projects provided project management consultancy and development monitoring services for a significant industrial expansion and structural strengthening project at 220 Cumnor Terrace, Christchurch.
Delivered on behalf of PMG Funds, the project supported the growth of a long-term food manufacturing tenant by expanding their operational footprint and increasing production capacity within an active industrial environment. The development involved careful coordination between multiple stakeholders to ensure the works aligned with tenant operational requirements, development agreements, programme expectations, and quality outcomes.
Our role focused on providing independent oversight and end-to-end project monitoring throughout the delivery phase. Acting on behalf of the client, Complete Projects worked closely with the consultant and contractor teams to monitor programme, quality, risk, and contractual obligations across both the construction works and tenant requirements.
A key component of the project involved the integration of structural strengthening works alongside the wider industrial development. This required detailed review and coordination of design documentation, construction sequencing, and compliance pathways to ensure the project could be delivered efficiently while maintaining operational and commercial objectives.
Complete Projects attended and represented the client through project control group meetings, reviewed consultant and contractor reporting, monitored programme and risk items, and assisted with council compliance and close-out processes to support a smooth project delivery outcome.
