Mitre 10 MEGA Prestons

We’re proud to contribute to the delivery of the new Mitre 10 MEGA on Prestons Road in Christchurch – a significant development set to enhance retail and trade services in North Christchurch.

Our role on this project has been focused on development monitoring, project risk assessment, and quality assurance, ensuring that each stage of construction meets high standards of performance, safety, and compliance. 

This includes monitoring design conformance, construction progress, and adherence to consent conditions, while reviewing structural details and workmanship throughout the build. Our goal is to provide our client with complete confidence that the project is on track, well managed, and built to meet expectation.

Working alongside PMG Funds and Tuatara Structures, this project has been a collaborative and rewarding experience – driven by a shared commitment to quality and long-term value. Once complete, the new Mitre 10 MEGA will deliver a modern, purpose-built retail environment that supports local business, trade professionals, and the wider Christchurch community.
