Digital Lobby screen upgrade

Central Christchurch

Complete Projects recently delivered a series of digital lobby directory upgrades across multiple commercial buildings within Christchurch’s central city, enhancing visitor wayfinding, tenant communication, and overall building presentation.

The project involved the installation and integration of new digital directory display systems within high-traffic commercial lobby environments, replacing traditional static signage with a more flexible and future-focused solution for both building management teams and tenants.

Working alongside PMG and specialist suppliers, Complete Projects coordinated the delivery and installation process to ensure the new systems integrated seamlessly within the existing architectural environment and operational requirements of each property. Particular consideration was given to maintaining functionality and presentation standards within busy live commercial buildings throughout the installation process.

The new digital screens provide building management teams with the ability to efficiently update tenancy information, wayfinding details, building notices, and operational communications in real time, removing the limitations associated with traditional printed directories. The system also creates opportunities for broader tenant engagement and building storytelling, including showcasing sustainability initiatives, building achievements, and property-related information within shared public spaces.

In addition to improving operational flexibility, the upgrades contribute to a more contemporary and professional lobby experience for tenants, visitors, and the wider public, helping reinforce the presentation and functionality of the commercial assets.

This project demonstrates how relatively simple technology-focused upgrades can deliver meaningful improvements in usability, operational efficiency, and presentation within modern commercial environments.
